These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our invitation system. By creating or managing events through our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Event Creation and Guest Management

• Event Creation: Creating events on our platform is a paid feature. Users are required to pay applicable fees before an event is activated.
• Expired Events: Events expire 24hrs after their due dates. Users can still access guest and event information, but cannot manipulate it.
  Users must pay the applicable revival fees before the event is restored.
• No Refund Policy: Once an event has been successfully created or revived, payments are non-refundable.
• Adding Guests: You can add guests to your events at no additional cost.

Use of Information

To deliver our services effectively, we collect and use certain types of information:

• User Information: We use your name, phone number, and email address to associate events and guests with your user account.
• Guest Information: We use guest names, phone numbers, and pictures to identify them easily during check-in and for event coordination.

QR Code Authentication

Every guest invitation includes a unique QR code. This code is used by the event owner to authenticate guests upon arrival. Scanning the QR code verifies the guest’s identity and grants them access to the event.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all user and guest information you provide.
• Do not misuse the QR authentication system or attempt to forge invitations.
• Ensure that your event complies with any relevant local laws or venue rules.
• Vendor Connections: We connect event vendors with potential customers to facilitate event planning. However, we are not responsible for any disputes, misunderstandings, or losses that may arise between vendors and customers. All engagements, payments, and agreements are solely between both parties.

Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these conditions.
